While you have it on its side you might be able to get to the bottom side of the front mounting bolts for the battery tray with a set of vise grips. They can be tough from the top alone.

Actually frame doesn’t look bad for it’s age.
Not sure I’ve ever seen anyone roll cart on it’s side to work onto.
Beats jack stands 👍

Yeah I was looking for my small Jack stands Vs my truck ones and thought since I don’t have batteries in it why not.

Had to do some welding on the frame and this was easier than crawling under it.

Amen to that. I'm debating if I want to replace the suspension now before I put batteries in just to save my back some but mama wants the cart moving so looks like batteries first.

Small but nice update-wife bought an ebay china steel tray special for me along with a new seat (blemish but in one area in the back where it rubbed in shipping but can't see it) but hey it's the thought that counts. Going to spray the tray with some rust inhibiting spray and put it in.

Up next is batteries-a local cart shop has US 2200s for $129 each-I need to call around to find Trojan and/or Crown from my reading-hopefully I'll have it up and running for Memorial day weekend!

Forgot to mention cart came with a china special charger-tossing that. Found a Lester for sale locally that I may be able to get for $200 trying for $150. :)

Got the charger-from the same model ezgo txt (they had the cart at a beachhouse and sold it but had the charger at their house near me). Hopefully will get some time this week or weekend to cut out the battery tray (front is going to be fun) and new one in then batteries.
