Lithium battery identification help
Hello all! I acquired a battery pack 12v with internal BMS systems. I found that 2 out of the 4 batteries are at .043 volts and the other 2 are at 3.5volts. Is there anyway to identify these batteries so i can swap out the 2 dead cells? The manufacturer of these are proprietary and will not disclose information to me. Attached is the spec sheet. I am going to use this pack to power my air suspension compressor and 12v accessories.
Thank you |

Re: Lithium battery identification help
I hope they were free.3.5v for a 13v is 27% which is critically low.
perhaps put some voltage to them(carefully) and see if they take a charge. |

Re: Lithium battery identification help
It probably wouldn't be a good idea to mix old and new batteries. Just like Lead-Acid

Re: Lithium battery identification help
Sounds like those cells have been severely neglected and probably over discharged.
