Default Top speed for speed code 4, I guess?

I have a question about CC speed and what upgrades I might have to get the results I'm getting.

The guy that I purchased the cart from told me it had an upgraded motor.
I checked the motor. Looks like a plain stock CC motor to me.
What I assume is, the dealer installed speed code 4 in the controller.
I decided to see what the GPS speed was just a while ago with a battery pack that is not 100% healthy. The cart had a fresh charge just coming off the charger.
I used a wide straight away here in front of my RV to test.

I was up to 26 MPH before I had to slow down for a curve. I don't think that I was topped out.

Will speed code 4 do this to a stock cart? I mean 26+ MPH? I thought speed code 4 only went up to about 19 MPH?

Not a stock motor with speed code 4 must have motor upgrade. If you can get the number off the motor these guys will tell you what you have.

I didn't think that a high speed magnet would work on an Excell Cart?
Original serial: PH1212-267003
Club Cart Reman Serial: 7M1516-267003

That's another deal, I've never been able to fine the CC Reman serial on any CC charts.....

It doesn't. I didn't realize this Was an excel. I've seen rebuilt excel controllers twice with the speed monitoring removed from them. No idea who rebuilt them. Had two customers who had me remove them because they burnt up their motors.

On the ones I was talking about, they still had the factory label on them. It was when I plugged in the scanner that I realized that there were far more adjustable parameters than the factory controller would normally allow. It would scream.

I'll probably be ordering a new setup from you. I want to upgrade the cables, controller, solenoid and maybe the FR switch.. The current cables are factory, easy to see.
I'll probably go with your 400-500 amp controller. I'll change the motor out on a next step. I have a IQ core that I pulled off my 2008 when I went to Plum Quick.
I don't know which brand or model motor yet but I'm looking to maintain speed but I need torque too.
Also, I'll be needing your 48-12V reducer so I can keep the battery problem that I'm having now form happening again. I'll need the whole deal that I saw on your site, the reducer, fuse block and ground strip.

I'm gonna pull the center batteries in the morning to see the controller. I wanna know what's back there.
