I wouldn't worry about the V/R. Not part of the firing system. If you get it running then check the output of S/G. Should be around 14.5 volts .
Has your cart still got the OEM ignitor ?

Yes still everything oem just lost spark one day then came back then gone and can’t figure it out. I’m getting the correct voltage everywhere

The connection where you plug in the pusler has been know to spread apart and not make a good connection. I would wiggle it and see if it fires.
Check where you ground the ignitor real good.
Ohm the pulser. It should ohm 19 to 21 ohms.
I could check the ignitor if I had it.
