Default 96 Yamaha 48v light issue

New batteries and cables
Fully charged
Brand new LED light kit

Lights are super dim as are signals. Everything "works" but nowhere near as bright as other light kits I've put on other carts.

Did I miss something on this one?

New batteries are FLA it sounds like? Cart does not have a voltage reducer? If not sounds like you only have it connected to a single 8v battery instead of 2.

Your lights look to be on a single 8V battery. That won't run them properly. They appear to be on the battey second from right side in your picture. Move one of the wires to that the lights are on two series batteries and the lights should work again. Better yet buy a 48V to 12V reducer to run the lights.
