Default Trying to Re-Connect the key Switch on '87 cart.

I picked up a '87(was told it was a 91 or 92) Club Car.

Switch is not hooked up, so im trying to get it hooked up.

I have printed the wiring diagram for my year model but noticed that the wire colors are not labeled on the diagram.

Besides i'll admit im a bit confused with all the wire in there.

Here are my pics:

Above pic is the wiring bundle coming from the front of the cart to the engine compartment. I removed a fuse that had the Green and Black wires connected. No idea why that fuse was there.

Thanks for your help!

I have an 85 chassis in the yard, so I might be able to help..... they should be close to the same.... mine has the engine removed.
First establish where the power is or should be coming up to the ignition switch ... this should be a fused pos feed. The feed wire looks to be red and fused....What was that the fuse you removed on the green striped wire? Careful removing stuff you do not know exactly what it is or does. There is very little in these carts which is not necessary ....

Yes it was on the green striped wire, and it was blown.

I'm sorry I don't have a minute plan which allows me to fix carts over the phone Do you have a 12v test light and some basic trouble shooting experience? If not you may be best off taking this to a shop for an hour of their time?

I would start with finding the ignition switch feed? Then I would test the switch ..... then trace out the switch leads... That is how I would do it.
