the 30am fuse is for the charging circuit the 15-amp fuse powers the cart circuit. make sure the cart is on and the run tow switch is in on run. if there is still nothing the controller mike of got burned up.

Man, your tons of help! Not sure what I missed before but I’m back up and running!!

My head lights and horn still are not working but I’m thinking that could be the cheap voltage reducer they shop out on it?? I only see one fuse to them and it’s fine (changed anyway).

Im gonna take the rest of the day and try to get back to installing radio tomorrow.

Can you take a picture of the dash wiring?
Also, your voltage convertor connection?

Yes, would be glad to. Today is my mothers 64th birthday so doing dinner etc with her. I’ll post it probably tomorrow but appreciate your help

Great progress today, my horn and turn signals still not working but when I tested the small voltage converter with my meter I found power going in but none going out so I ordered another voltage reducer…. Should be here tomorrow.

Also, added my custom seats on my cart. See the attached video. More work to do but happy with progress.

Replaced the small reducer and now I’m back in buisness! Thanks to everyone for their help! I attached a couple completed photos.
