Kenda Kruzer, Directional, 215/40R12, Steel Belted Radial DOT - Tire Pressure
Stupid Question. I purchased the subject tires for my I40L. The max tire pressure is 44PSI. Being steel-belted, and relatively low profile...do you still run them in 20-25 PSI range for proper loading and wear? I can find no official recommended tire pressure anywhere for these...only that max value on the sidewall.
They shipped mounted at 20PSI...I've pumped them up to 40 for mounting...will drop based on feedback here. Thanks in advance |

max pressure i ASSUME is for setting the bead . If you get no true answer you can always do the chalk test.
run a thick line of chalk across the tread, drive 20 feet on pavement , check wear and adjust as needed. |
