I can't answer this because I work for a dealer and the only Pathways we've ever seen have been De-NEV'd or... converted back to golf carts. I have no idea what kind of controller setup they originally ran. We need pics!

Well, I'm in the process of installinga Jakes 6" spindle lift & 22" tires on it, now my front brake cables are REAL TIGHT !!!. I haven't done the back yet. Is there an extension kit or do they have to be re routed ?

Have you talked with Jakes about your problem, as they have always been very helpful what few times I had any kind of minor problem with their lift kits. I would imagine that your cart would have the same brake setup as Carryall's? and if Jakes cant help you one of our sponsors should be able to help you with extensions or spacers?
ANY CARRYALL, ETC OWNERS WITH LIFTS OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP PLEASE.

Back off on the front brake turnbuckle under the car until they are completely free. Then, adjust the brake adjusters on the inside of the drum, one click, and one tire at a time. While up in the air with a jack of course... Tighten the adjusters until it locks the tire down completely. Then, back off 5 clicks. DO NOT LEAVE ADJUSTERS IN BETWEEN CLICKS. It will totally screw the brake bias up. Tire should now spin freely. Do it the same way on the other side. Now, adjust your turnbuckle back to where you'd like it for your brake bias. I set cars up for about 70/30% Rear/Front braking. There's nothing I hate more than to slam on brakes and the front tires lock up and go sliding straight forward.

Exactly what were the changes that were made when CC detuned the Pathways to meet standard golf cart specs. I just aquired one and would like to return it to the way it was originally built. Is there a list of parts that they left the manufacturer with so I can determine how much has been changed over the years. The serial number plate shows it is a 2003, but I don't see a vin plate like some say it should have. Would like to see photos or receive data about the one dds has that never went back to CC to be returned back to a simple golf cart.

Has anyone been sucessful in obtaining a MSO for a preowned Pathway, would make this one more valuable being a true LSV.

Any chance of posting photos of your Pathway? Would be of great interest to those of us that never saw an original but have converted Pathways.

As far as the lift kit goes I used the jakes for front wheel brakes and I had plenty of cable in the front.A few years ago I contacted club car, went thru their legal department and they issued me a mso with vin # that satisfied florida law. They were at that time very helpfull.I'd call them and ask.
