Default 2015 CC Precedent - need help with battery concerns

I am a new GC owner, having bought a 2015 Club Car Precedent 5 months ago. It came with six 8V batteries labeled "Club Car 105138301". The batteries are labeled either B8 or H8 so I assume they are from 2018. The cart seems to be running a little sluggish. The hydrometer readings are mostly at (or near) the "green" marking on the float. Here are the voltage readings from my multimeter right after a full charge and then again after a 15-minute ride around the neighborhood.

After a full charge:
1 - 8.83
2 - 8.84
3 - 8.84
4 - 8.45
5 - 8.90
6 - 8.83
All readings are roughly the same - except battery #4 is lower.

After a 15-minute ride around the neighborhood:
1 - 8.50
2 - 8.50
3 - 8.51
4 - 8.14
5 - 8.56
6 - 8.52

I'm concerned about battery #4. The water level in all batteries was too high last week probably due to my overfilling, so I removed some water down to about 1/4 to 3/8 inch above the plates and still below the bottom of the fill tube to allow room for expansion during charging. Also, I am hearing a gurgling sound during the charging process.

Could the lower voltage in battery #4 be causing the sluggishness? Should I replace battery #4 with a used battery of the same age? Is it necessary to replace all 6 batteries now? I surely don't want to cause any damage to the cart or its components by running the cart as is, but since I've only owned the cart for 5 months, I would rather not replace the full pack now unless it is important to do so. Thank you in advance for any replies.

It could, but I doubt it. If it were at 6.x volts, yes. #4 may have a weak cell, but overall the voltages are ok. If it continues to be an issue, just go get a "good" used battery and replace that one until the pack goes out in a few more years. A new battery with 2.5 year old batteries will not gain you anything but killing a new battery prematurely.

Thank you for the reply, NoleFan4Ever. Couple of questions: (1) What else could be causing a sluggishness while driving? (2) Do I need to get the same brand when replacing #4 with a good used 2-year-old battery? And if I go with a different brand, do I need to be concerned with changing or updating the charger profile I'm reading in this forum? BTW, my charger is labeled Club Car, IC 0650-048-CC, Part # 940-0008.

Those are probably Powerdrive+ batteries and are OEM CC. They are made by Johnson controls, that make a lot of others, too. Your supplier will have several different brands from trade-ins or take-outs. As long as the amp-our capacity is about the same as your others, you should be fine as this is only on interim to get you to your next pack. I always check the "at-rest" voltage to make sure it is close to mine.

And if you are using the single point watering system, be sure not to get a Trojan as it will not fit to your existing float manifolds.

I would hate to speculate, but it could be the MCOR acting up or some other small thing. The best practice it to rule out the current issues and go from there.

Thanks so much, NoleFan4Ever. Yes, these are Powerdrive+ batteries, marked "PD+" on the label.

The previous owner had a watering system installed on the battery pack but after reading a lot of comments here, I think I'm going to ditch the watering system. I understand they can be prone to error causing incorrect water levels.

You've been a big help here; thanks again.
