Default Adjusting governor on a EFI cart

I have a 2019 Ezgo Express S4. My first fuel injected cart. How do I get more speed out of it? Do I adjust the throttle like I would on a carbed one?

You have to adjust the throttle and governor plates on the fuel injection carts

Any more info on this ?? I did took about 1/2" of slack out throttle cable and first time going WOT the cart shut down and engine light came on and was staying on not flashing any code or pattern even after turning the key on 3 times. The cart was around 19 mph before and seen 22 on the gps and then it shut down. I was WOT for a total of 10 sec and then it happed. Any info would be appreciated

After messing around with mine I was able to adjust the throttle cable and get about 25 mph out of it. There are two cables running to the back by the rear end. the thicker cable is for the forward reverse switch and the other is for the governor. I got 3-4 turns of adjustment, I could probably go more, just don't want to over rev the motor.

H, I have a 2019 EZGO txt gas EFI
I've 'youtubed' it and adjusted the 2 nuts on the cable with the spring, under the engine cover, but it is surging. I tried a few different settings but it doesn't really seem any/much quicker!
Am I doing something wrong?
Do I need to adjust the adjacent 'lever' as well /or instead or do anything else???? Help appreciated, Cheers, Evan
