Default 2007 Yamaha G29 solenoid not clicking

What I have done

Battery pack 52.5 volts
Battery pack to one side of solenoid
Not voltage on the other side
Both the small and black wire on solenoid has + 12.7 volts.

Pedal switch tested good

Tow switch testing good.

What now?

Well, small red and black wires should have pack voltage when car sitting with tow/run on (solenoid Not engaged). Tow/run not actually passing power. Wire harness not passing power, or solenoid circuit in controller faulty. Disconnect small black wire from solenoid, if solenoid "small red wire" voltage increases to pack voltage, controller bad.

You are correct. I rechecked. I have positive full battery pack on both small red and black wires. I have a negative full battery pack on the large post next to controller

No click from solenoid or movement from cart

Well, normally this means a bad controller. Pushing the cart doesn't make solenoid click on? Does reverse buzzer work? Solenoid should click on when tow/run flipped to run. Solenoid should click when cart pushed, ant It should try to stop the cart, while beeping reverse buzzer at you. Absence of these makes me think "controller", because only the tow/run switch, controller and solenoid has to work for the solenoid to click on when tow/run turned on.

I think the buzzard is remove, so can’t check that.

Cart is freely to move tow switch on or off.

Solenoid has not clicked even when pushed.

I bought this cart and was told it just needed batteries. But batteries charged up

Hate to spend $500 On controller and it not be it. Is there way to bypass solenoid to eliminate that as the problem

The solenoid is controlled by the motor controller (yes, controller operates it's own solenoid). Your controller is not "telling" the solenoid to turn on. Bypassing/connecting the solenoid large terminals will send power to the controller, but won't fix the cause of why the controller isn't telling the solenoid to activate, and won't make the car "run" in any kind of "bypass mode" either.

No power to solenoid, no resistance to pushing, and no reverse buzzer (look under nose of cart to see if it's still there, if so, hook it back up). All these things lead me to bad controller. That controller is known to fail this way.

OP did you ever figure this out. I have same cart/year with same symptoms, no power to lights, cart, etc when key is on. Switches all test good, found 3 amp fuse blown, replaced and still nothing. Pack power on the solenoid right pos terminal... random voltage on the left side 20-30v bouncing around. Small red and back also bounce but but between 6-12. No click when rolled with switch on run. Any other ways to check for bad controller?
