Can you send a photo of the front of the controller with all wires attached?

Standard voltage would be from 0 to 3.46 volts on an LAD.

You're getting into the territory of guessing at parts swapping now without the use of the handset or the laptop diagnostic tools.

Here's a new twist....that controller is not the original one for that VIN.

Your VIN, 5FCLE26A591000440, black vehicle originally sold 9/15/09 came with serial number 2008113524

The controller you have was factory installed in a champagne vehicle sold 8/28/09.

Your motor serial number should be 3143, and the axle serial number 1506462 as a 10.35 axle ratio.

Somewhere along the line the champagne vehicle must have been scrapped or sold and the controller taken out an placed into the one you have now.

Doesn't mean it's a bad controller, just makes me wonder about its journey, and perhaps any other components..

The sevcon controller is not rebuildable as it is potted. It can be test run or reprogrammed.
