Complete Ezgo gas rear brake assemblies

I went with a set of rear disk brakes (cable applied) on my workhorse and now I have the complete drum brake setup for it that I don't need.The drums & shoes were bought approx.6 months ago so they are still like new,the backing plates & components are in very good shape except for a little cracking of the rubber dust boots around the cable lever.The new price total on this package is well over $400,I'm asking $195 OBO plus shipping which is a little less than what just the backing plates alone will cost you.

We are dealers for the Ausco disc brakes - I have a set on my personal electric PDS cart we use on the golf course. They are a great replacement item Glad to see people using them already

I was really surprized at how much faster & better they stop than the drums,I still want to get a set of hydraulic disks for the front and have been talking to Tom @ CCP about them but I wanted to do the cheaper end first;I figured if I have manual on the rear and hydraulic on the front I would still have brakes if one or the other failed.I'm fixing to order a new set of brake cables from your Ezgo site cause mine are old and stiff.By the way Mike,I didn't know you were an Ausco dealer,how much are the replacement pads for these,I was told they have a severe duty metal set as well so if you can give me a price on both either post here or pm.

What are you looking for on a trade ? My cart was a Hurricane Ike victim so my entire rear brake setup is junk........

I would rather sell them for cash but would consider a trade on some 2 or 3 inch wheel spacers.

chardonite this is the brake drum description from Ezgo's online part catalog:

so according to this the drums will work,I'll check the backing plate in a bit to be sure it fits as well.
