Default Powerdrive 3 relay

Hello all,
I’m having an issue with the powerpack3 relay.
My cart doesn’t enable the relay. I checked the voltage at the relay and I read 48vdc coming from the cart (with the wires unplugged). when I plug the wires into the relay, the voltage drops wayyyy down to about 3vdc.
I have two relays, both are acting the same way so I don’t think it’s the relay.

On another note, the diode is putting out really good voltage, and I can jump the relay wires, and the cart charges. The pack is currently at 52.5v

I guess my question is, has anyone seen the club car act this way? Why would I have 48vdc to the relay (to turn on), but it’s not energizing ( because only 3vdc when wires connected)
Hope this makes sense lol

Mine, is doing exactly the same thing, installed a new relay, plugged it in and relay started smoking around the diode.

That is how the OBC "sense" wire works, the gray wire on the receptacle provides a very low "sense" current path to negative until the OBC activates the relay.

It appears your OBC internal FET that activates the relay has failed so You need a new OBC or a "smart charger" that does not need the OBC to operate.
