Front Brakes on 07 Carryall turf 2

Just purchased an 07 carryall turf 2 and the rear brakes are not sufficient. some of the carryall models have front brakes.
I am hoping to find some GOOD used stock brakes and put on my cart.
1. any suggestions or advice as to whether this is possible, or is it more trouble than it is worth. I can put disc brakes on, but I have to purchase larger wheels and tires. ($$$$$ on a budget!)
2. what models have front brakes that will easily transfer to the 07 carryall turf 2?
3. does anyone have a GOOD used set available?

search teh for sale section. there was a guy down south that had a set.

it requires a different brake pedal bar, the cables and of course the brakes. there is a unique set of front spindles that you use that has the brackets on them for the cables. it is a pretty basic swap. i pulled one from a cart sometime back to put on a project of mine. the front hubs could be different too. some carts have the correct ones on them already for the brakes, while some do not.
