Lighted Rocker Switches
Have one rocker for headlights. Wanted to add more for other devices but am having trouble finding a matching switch. After searching several stores and Don't mind changing but are there certain standards for the size of these switches?

Re: Lighted Rocker Switches
Auto Zone has a few different ones. They aren't very expensive, so just buy a matching pair and you're done...

Re: Lighted Rocker Switches
I'll try to get a picture. I think the one I have came with the head (fog) lights installed by the PO. I've looked at oreilly, autozone and parts plus and they don't match and are a little bit different sizes. I already have a hole in the dash so they can't be smaller.
Mine looks to fit a 28mm x 13mm hole. I was just wondering if there were standards. thanks for the link above. |

Re: Lighted Rocker Switches
I agree with the use of marine switches. I used them when I did my cart because it is sometimes left outside and I didnt want to have any problems with moisture. I used Carling Contura switches and they work great. You can find them HERE along with all of the wire, heatshrink, and fire braid you will need to build a custom harness. I like the switches because they can be ordered in any configuration, light color and you can get the pods to make them look nice when mounted.
