So as it turns out, they’re the exact same size as stock club car DS spring bushings. The ones they use have some ridges in them to take up clearance, and the sleeves they use are almost paper thin. Bottom arms use the same size inner sleeve as the spring bushings on a DS.
The upper arms have a longer sleeve that measures around 3-1/2”, with a 3/8 inside and 1/2” outside, although theirs was more like 7/16 outside. Not worn down any, just realllly thin. Honestly could use wider bushings IMO. Probably why they wear out so fast. Anyway, went digging in my spare parts stash and found some aftermarket bushings I’ve had for a while and stuck those in there. They fit perfect and the front end is tighter than snot now. |
