1978 D4 Front Body Removal
After reading the manual and starting to get this thing apart I'm having trouble with two things. It look like 6 nuts/bolt across the middle and removal of the front bumper bracket should just about do it. My problem is the bumper brackets have 2 bolts each side. One nut outboard the other inboard and I can see a way to access the inboard nuts. Any help would be appreciated. I did remove some stuff around the steering column but it looks like a previous owner did some sawing so I shouldn't need to remove the center console section. My reason for removing the front is to access the steering components. Things has too much play to drive safely
