Default a lil security

this is my lil bit of golf cart security that i came up with.. the switch is inline with the power that runs to the key switch on the dash

Good idea but a water proof toggle switch might have been a better choice.

i was thinking about that.. do they make a water proof toggle that can handle the 36volts???

Yes. Most should work. It's not the voltage that matters as much as the amperage. Shouldn't be many amps to the key switch...

ok cool.. i was thinking at first of just getting like a weather proof cover to conceal the switch.. but a whole new switch might be easier.. thanx for the input
