Low(er) Cost Wheel Solutions
I'd like to have some 12" wheels and low pros, but I need/want too much other stuff. I thought I'd start this thread as a way to show off some lower cost wheel solutions. I painted my stock wheels black with a rattle can. I've got about $25-$30 in materials including new valve stems. If you have pics of painted wheels, hub caps, baby moons, etc. post them in this thread. It may help some others decide what to do.

 i wanted nicer wheels but this will work for now, i got 10" black steeleys, with hubcaps, i found them for $10 a piece |

If you lift it, a cheap source of wheels is the local junk yard. Ask them for the doughnut or spare tire out of a toyota, honda, scion or any car that has a 4x100 lug nut pattern. You will need some wheel spacers. my local ev guy says he uses that and car recycling guys just give him the wheels for free.
