If you talk real nice to ScottyB, I am sure he can make you a really good deal on an aluminum replacement setup for that battery rack that will bolt right into place on the cart........

Work looks fantastic so far, please keep the pics coming!

New 400/1000 solenoid and HD F&R Switch just arrived.

Thanks ScottyB!

Looking good ~ When you mount that solenoid put the terminals up. And that diode has a red end on it to mark the positive end.

What are you waiting for?

It really depends on the type of work you're doing. If you're just wanting to paint, then tape it off. For me, I am doing a complete "frame up" restoration. I have some frame rust, so I'm replacing metal. Also, I'll be doing a rustoleum frame coating.

To get the body off, it's mostly rivets you have to drill out. If your only interest is painting, then just tape off.

Like I said, it depends on the type of work you're doing.

Hope this helps.

Just drill out a bunch of rivets to remove an ezgo body... some are harder to find than others the first time but you will be surprised how many there are And how many odd and different sizes and types there are!
To put the body back on you will need an Exgo Rivet Kit. trust me you won't find the right kinds in the hardware store
