Looks awesome! Hope you didn’t have as much trouble getting the front supports off as I did. Did you get my email?

I ran the 48v today for the first time. Speed was around 18-18.5mph. Today was day 1 of conditioning new batteries. Below is a picture of my temporary battery setup. I am planning on going to WM or TSC to get some battery holders for the bag wells.

Overall thoughts:
1. Strong take off
2. Higher top speed
3. Climbs all hills without slowing down ANY.

My thoughts:

At 36v my top speed was 15mph. At 48v (with only 2 charges) I'm getting 20mph. I went 8 miles on 15% battery usage.

That is great!!! Thanks for posting your results. Sounds like it was well worth it.

Definitely worth it. I am eager to see how it performs after the batteries are finished being "broken-in".

At 36v I was climbing all the hills I wanted... but at 48v, I have to slow down or I'll go airborn on the hills...

The upgrade really didn't cost much. I sold my old charger and OEM controller to offset the cost of the upgrade.
