Default Help to identify western golf cart

I have just gotten a old western golf cart for my dad to Cruz around on. I need to get a new carburetor and fuel pump but I can't find the serial number on the frame so I can know the model and year. I've heard people say the serial number is on the frame under the passenger seat but I looked all over the arched frame rail under the seat and do not see it. Does anyone have a picture showing the location on the frame so I can reference or just any info would help. Thanks!
