Belt is newer. Looks in really good condition. It's the heavy duty belt. Not sure what you mean by clutches? I can drive the cart with the back panels and seat off and look at the engine and drivetrain while I'm driving. Nothing looks like it's slipping. Everything looks like it's engaged

Check sheave condition for waves and wear. And check the clutch operation to make sure they’re working like they should. See above video it’s a good one to understand how they’re supposed to work. :) |
