Neutral switch
Ok I have an 1988 gas cart, all runs well but, there always is a but huh, the cart goes forward and reverses also, but with the switch in neutral nothing, should it be this way or should it be able to start up in neutral? Thanks

No. It's an electrical switch. It will only work in forward or reverse.

Further: There really is no "neutral" on a 2 stroke cart. Even when the shift lever is in between Fwd & Rvs, the clutches and drive belt are direct driven - engine & axle - at all times.
