Any reason why you just didn’t buy a wire end cable?

That will be fine with the addition of strain relief.

Post Re: Programming Curtis Controller

1. Boosting the motor torque from the Curtis Controller

We have examined several Curtis controllers including 12366402, 12365401, 1206AC5201 and found they use multiple IRFS4010 MOSFETS in parallel. A single IRFS4010 is rated for peak current of 180 Amperes and RMS current of 127 Amperes.

The 12365401 speed controller uses four MOSFET for each output terminal. Therefore it is capable of 720 Amperes peak [508 Amperes RMS].
The 12366402 speed controller uses three MOSFET for each output terminal. Therefore it is capable of 540 Amperes peak [381 Amperes RMS].
The 1206 speed controller two MOSFET, and is capable of 360 Amperes peak [254 Amperes RMS].

With the developer unlocked programming station the controllers current rating can be adjusted, increasing it will allow more motor torque. Curtis have detuned the controllers by 10%, but we can increase ourselvves.

Never increase higher than the MOSFET Maximum Drain Current [Id] rating as severe failure is highly possible.

Hey. Anyone got Curtis 1314-5502 or Curtis CIT?

Great, sharing all levels. This will help people **** up their controllers and curtis will probably secure their software. If you can edit your post with all levels, please limit to OEM

Also the cable recently posted has RS232 output which can be -12V to +12V where TTL only is 0V or +5V
This also helps to fry your controller, please do not use cables like that!

I agree...This is going to cause problems for all of us.

Yes, I had already asked this question over 5 years ago. I agree about disclosing the access levels but unfortunately the new controller models no longer have serial access, only CAN.

Unfortunately I don't have that one. I have another CAN cable but I didn't get the time and not even sixes will work with the 1314.
