Default Briggs recoil start part numbers?

Recently the battery drained on my EZGO Vanguard 16hp big block. It was in the garage so I put a charger on it and was good to go. The issue left me thinking if that happened out in the field, I'd be stuck.

I believe I've tracked down the drain to the old dirty keyswitch and have mounted a new one but would still like a redundant system.

I've seen photos of Vanguards with pull start but mine was from a spray rig with key start, so no recoil on it. Can anyone confirm part numbers for the recoil starter (and other needed parts) that would mount to Briggs Vanguard 16hp 303447?

So far, my research has uncovered the following:
808152 - recoil with cup?

692102 - recoil with no cup
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Recoil-Start...sAAOSwiCRUfm~W

Am I close?

Of course, if anyone has one around that they're looking to part with, I'd certainly prefer a gently used recoil start to ease the pain in my wallet!

Thanks BGW.

I just did this to my 18hp Vanguard and I absolutely love the idea I can still start the engine if my battery dies out in the trails, I have the 16hp heads on it so the compression is bumped up quit a bit and pull starting it can be a pain if it's on the compression stroke

Fisher,

Were either of the part numbers I mentioned for the recoil assembly the one you purchased, 808152 or 692102?

I'd just like to know I'm choosing the part that will fit before throwing down my cash.

Also, I'm hoping that the pull won't be too bad. I still have the auto-decomp mechanism in my cam on the 16hp.
