I am thinking same diagnosis but different end of the wire.
The precedents where the controller is mounted between the batteries has the controller 16-pin connector facing up, making it easily exposed to water. You may want to put the cart on Tow, disconnect the 16-pin connector and making sure it is dry. |

Ok I have changed out MCOR just to check that. Nothing changes. I have checked the wire that comes to the controller from the MCOR and I am getting voltage at controller when pedal is depressed. One thing I did notice is pin 2 and pin 3 should show me 5 volts when fully depressed but I am only getting like 1.9 only. Should I be looking into the negative side of this Cart? Is so where do I start

Ok I checked the wire that comers to the controller. It reads 2.8 when in run and 34.1 when in tow.
