Default 12" vs 14" rims w/23" All terrain tires - Ride Quality Difference?

Hello,
Has anyone demo'd 12 and 14 inch all terrain setups back-to-back? Curious how much different the ride quality is, want to go 14.

Have a Jakes 6" A-Arm lift right now, mainly to be used on dirt/gravel roads/driveway.

I'm guessing 12" rides better, but 14 looks better. Is it a noticeable difference? We don't have cement anywhere to ride.

Which of the all-terrains ride the best?

Thanks!

It's a golf cart, not a Cadillac. Go with the 14's, they look sweet!

ive had the same wheels in 12 and 14 and definitly prefer the 12" for ride quality golf carts in general have no give in the ride so tires are the only cushion , do the 14" look better yeah they do but ride a little squirrely on the road vs the 12" on a lifted cart , i could say that i would not go with 14" wheels with 22 or 23 inch tires but with 25" tires i would go for it .

14"wheel and 23" tire combo like mentioned above doesn't have much rubber to flex and give to absorb bumps, rocks, logs, or other rough terrain your on. Just a street cruiser then no problem and looks cool. Golf carts ready ride rough so the more rubber the better.

Now if we were talking high performance side x sides like Polaris rzr then that would be a whole different can of worms where high speed cornering is better for a tire with less side wall to prevent tire roll when performing fast cornering.

My 2013 yamaha I have the 12" tempest 22" Sahara classic combo with 10 psi. My inlaws 2012.5 yamaha has 10" vampire wheels with 22" Sahara classic tires. Even though the 10" wheel setup has more side wall to flex and give I can't tell any difference in ride quality. I'm not a speed demon on the very rough terrain because I don't wanna knock my fillings out. Lol

Those pics should give you a good perspective of how each combo looks at 3 different ride heights

Thanks Guys, leaning to 12". How are the Sahara's? I was looking at the Predators and Wandas since the seem to have more tread at the edges.
