Default 1961 cushman golfster

Need help with a restoration. I have a 1961 Cushman golfster. Anyone in Southern California who can help or even take over an off frame restoration? Any suggestions? The engine runs but the carb is being difficult. Starter works but will likely need rebuild or replacement. Clutch seems fine. No holes in metal body or dents, minor surface rust. Some sanding and repainting. Minor fiberglass repair to the front, but no cracks. I'm sure I'm missing a tun of items but that's why I'm looking for help.

Sorry for the delay in posting. Here are some pictures. There is only surface rust. No holes in the metal or significant dents. The fiberglass generally is good but has a few chips. The engine starts, but I am unable to get the carburetor adjusted correctly. I've driven it up and down the street a few times but that's it.
The goal is to get it running well and as close to original as possible without breaking the bank. It will be driven in a few parades, driven to the store for coffee and a Sunday paper, and then likely sold.

Looking for someone to do the restoration or for some major help. I'm fine with fiberglass repair, but the rest is Greek to me.
