Don't forget the most important upgrade. With all these power upgrades don't forget the batteries. Buy the batteries with the largest AH possible or the heaviest. Those you got in there won't do.

I would up grade the cables and solenoid, if the 500amp controller isn't much more than the 400amp meaning $, I would suggest the 500amp controller. With that motor being a rebuild I would assume a 500amp controller would work just fine. If It was a stock motor it would burn out over a period of time with heavy loads on it.
