Default Opinions on a New motor Plum Quick, D&D, others????

1997 club car ds series lifted, 500 amp controller. Used at on our flat land for general riding and hauling hunters to stands. Would like to keep as much speed as I can but want some torque also. The D&D motor I had needs to be rebuilt and it is not the right one for my application based on some expert opinions on this forum. The motor was 170-002-0002. What recommendations would people have for my application. If someone has a good used one I may also be interested.

I myself have never bought a motor for a cart, but from what I have read on here, PQ is without a doubt the way to go...
They are a site sponsor, you can just contact them and tell them what you currently have and what you want to do.
