PQ must have made some name changes then. When I got mine the "Bandit" and "Executuioner" were sepex motors, unless they share the same names for the two types?

The "Assassin" was the fast series motor.

I didn't install it; it was already in when I bought the cart. Cart is definitely series. Motor is purple and goes 21 mph. Pretty sure that makes it a Bandit by default but I can't swear to it.

No, it doesn't make it a bandit by default.

My Executioner is purple as well and it's not a Bandit. When they make motors they paint them whatever color they have available, unless you ask for a specific color. I know this because I actually went through the process with Robby @ PQ.

PQ builds lots of motors and many of them are purple, just like the name "Plum" Quick suggests.

Bandit motors are any stock motors upgraded, this can be done to any type system.........you can see a chart by going to home page, click Bandit, click Ready for a performance upgrade?.........you'll see a list of carts and motors.

I have learned a lot from everyone here. Maybe if I rephrase the question as follows: my 48v series cart with a bandit upgrade runs 21 mph. I would like to get to 25 mph. I do not want to lift the cart. Can I get 25 without a motor swap? What is the least expensive and safest (ie, most unlikely to burn up the motor) way to do it? Thanks

The only way to go faster without a new motor and without bigger tires is to put in new gears or max out tire air pressure, at least that is all I can think of.
