I have everything connected, but still no tune button active. I also don’t have any green lights on the canbus device. It flashes when I plug it into the computer, but then nothing.

You can download this from https://ftdichip.com/drivers/d2xx-drivers/

Scroll down and find the Windows x64 (unless you have an old computer). The direct link to the download for 64bit Windows is https://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM...0Certified.zip

Extract it and copy the file "\CDM v2.12.28 WHQL Certified\i386\ftd2xx.dll" to the same directory as MotorDriverTuningTool.exe and canusbdrv.dll.

Then the software should work.

Any chance you have the Dummy instructions. This is the first attempt for me getting in to file directories. I have all the cables ordered and waiting for cart delivery. Hoping to have this figured out prior to getting my cart.

I am also stuck, unable to run the tune software after downloading the drivers. i am getting a good connection to the cart with a solid blue light in the CANUSB and can start the program, but the tune feature is still greyed out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unless they changed the CANBUS led lights I thought you should be getting a solid green light...not blue. I remember when I had the same issue I was missing the solid green light. Once I got that the tune button became live.

After watching Atrain's video, its clear that my cheap version was the wrong one. I just ordered the $120 version and should be good to go after that.
