Charging one battery
I've recently read about charging single batteries in an attempt to equalize them. If I connect a 6V charger to a batt. Is it necessary to disconnect the cables first? Thanks in advance!

Re: Charging one battery
The charger only effects whatever is between the 2 leads. You can put a 6v charger on one battery in the middle of the pack or you can put a 12v charger on 2 batteries in the middle of a pack without disconnecting any of the golf cart cabling.
