Default Stupid question ( I think )

Today, I was pulling all the old bits of belt from the drive clutch and noticed some lateral play at the pulley which can also be felt at the fan on the other side of the crankshaft I don't think that this should be happening should it ?
I figure that new bearings and seals will be required so I may as well fit new rings while i'm at it. Funny thing is, the engine is smooth and quiet and shows 116 psi compression.
Would anyone know of a supplier who can provide just the necessary parts as opposed to the whole top end rebuild kits ? I checked the site sponsors but all had kits only. I don't think that I need a new piston, barrel etc.

Chris.

Chris, some end play is normal, also necessary for proper clearance. If it runs fine, I would leave it alone.
