front leaf spring
My cover got loose on the front of my 89 so when I went to tighten it I found out that 1 leaf spring is about 2 inches longer than the other . From the end of the spring back to the back mount one is 16" the other is 14". I would rather have the 16 as this would let me put a larger tire on the front but I don't know which is correct or what the other may have came off of . Any thoughts out there ?
btw - have a scrap 90 electric one and the springs on it are the 14" |
