Default Some CC questions before I go look at one.

Greetings, I'm i the market for a used gas cart. Planning on a total rebuild with a BB kit, lift..etc......

I've found a 90 or 91 Club Car cheap...what do I need to look for on it that could be a deal breaker?

Also, Do these have fiberglass or plastic body componets?

Thanks, Alan

Look for an Ezgo I'm sorry... okay, club car ... look for frame cracks and breaks in the front and rear.

I believe I have read about clutch fitment problems with big block conversions in a CC. The 780 fits but not much else. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I don't want to mislead anyone!

Just check under the front end for signs of an accident - you seem to be replacing everything else......

Most of the frame is aluminum. So oxidation, not rust is the concern. Check it over for damage and oxidation. The Delta Shock tower is steel in front and can rust out? but they are available .... The body should be plastic, try to get a good one? Mostly look for accident damage and frame breaks A little of both is to be expected at that price
