I've been putting lots of miles and smiles on it recently. I had one of the best rides off road the other day taking the vtwin out on its first trip to an atv park. It climbs anything you throw at its way. The hills were nearly vertical inclines and the cart handles them like they arent even there. I finally got some pics of the cart as it is for now. I plan to do some more things to it still including a bimini once the roll cage is powder coated.

Front winch bumper/brush guard I fabbed up for it. Still need to wire the winch but even if I dont use it I just like the way it looks!

This is the rear seat I fabbed for it. I made the DP aluminum rocker panels too.

Building the roll cage!

Since the cart is street legal I made sure to include all the important features handle bars, windshield mounts, seat belt brackets, strobe light mounts, and mirror tabs.

Working off my 110 welder. The ol Lincoln 240v kicked the bucket! I am saving for a millermatic 252. I just got a new miller elite welding helmet and love it.

Welded seat belt brackets

I have enjoyed building this cart tremendously. I like working in general, but this cart has been extra fun to make. It also was a relatively quick build which is great for my attention span!

The millermatic 252 is an awesome machine. I use one at work a lot and the more I use it the more I like, so save your money and post some more pics, you're doing a great job
