Club car forward reverse shift handle
Trying to replace shifter handle and I was able to remove the screw but the handle will not com off. Any ideas on how to remove it.

You might try heating up the body of the handle with a heat gun. Worse case scenario is cutting it off.

Sometimes I place a rag between body n handle and use a big screwdriver and twist the driver, that helps pry it off.

Could also try to tap it on further with a few light taps and it may loosen up for you to pull right off. Nothing to hold it once screw is out.

That seems to be a common problem. What happens is that the end of the shifter shaft is prone to rusting seizing the the screw and handle and screw.
I tried and tried to remove mine but ended cutting the handle off. One thing I have found out is that some of the replacement shafts out there are mis machined. One of the two cross pin holes is not drilled and one of the c-clip groves is not cut. |

Cheap to replace, as long as the splines are intact no issue.
