Default Click noise then no power

Hey guy

Ran into an issue this morning on my 2017 EZGo TXT with lithium batteries.

The cart shows fully charged with the Delta q charger. When the charger gets plugged in, I hear a clicking noise at the solenoid and I get power to the cart. Then when I unplug it, it still how's power but when I put it into reverse, I get the beep and then about 3 seconds later, I hear the click noise again and it dies out.

I thought maybe it was that the batteries are dead but the charger shows fully charged with the green light.

Any suggestions?

Additional info if anyone can help.

Attached is the picture of the battery voltage when cart is plugged into the charger.

The below link is what happens when I unplug the charger. About 3 to 5 seconds after I unplug the charger, I hear a click noise and the voltage drops.

I have had the exact same thing happen. Same year and model. Mine happens after 20 minutes of driving around, they all of a sudden, dead even while sometimes I am still moving forward. Like it cuts out or something. I toggle from tow to run and sometimes I can get back home. Once it shut off and I had to push the cart all the way back home.
