Re: Roypow Lithium Review
I think he told you wrong...I haven't had a problem with any shutdown. Would not hesitate to buy it again.

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
If you get a roypow get the P version for the higher discharge rate...I would get that even if I didnt need it just to have extra headroom. Your dealer may be assuming if your cart goes 25+ you have done motor/controller swaps and that will draw too much current from the standard roypow and it will shut off.

Since, I've had Bob tune my controller and my cart does 32mph. Besides my solenoid going out, unrelated to the battery, no issues. Trevor |

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
I had an "S" 105ah pack that I used for a solid year with a Navitas 5KW AC drive system and 23" tires on a 4P cart. Never a single hiccup or cut-out.
I'm on flat ground and paved roads / paths, but if you are in a hilly area or tow trailers or go through muddy ditches with inclines etc... you may want to investigate the "P", but the "S" worked perfectly in my case, even with high performance components involved. |

Re: Roypow Lithium Review
I've got the 105ah and go thru muddy ditches (stuck in them often), up pretty steep hills and tow a trailer around yard loaded during hunting season and have not ever had shutdown. But, I would have gotten "P" version if it had been available.
