Default valve adjustment

this is on my preditor 420 it has a lot of valve noise, need to check them, i looked in the manuel that came with the motor and it said to adjust at 0.0039-0.0059, im not sure what im looking at, is this 39k i always set my vw engines at 6k, 39 is a huge gap, what am i missing here.

0.0039 plus
0.0001 is
.004

It's basically 4 thousandths to 6 thousandths cold like your VW

Stock they are fine but not speed equipment for them. I head you can put the wedge head on that block.
