Just wondering if anyone found anything comparable to the hushpower 7501? Looking to get something that’ll quiet down the predator 670. I’ll be installing it on my 2006 yamaha g22 as soon as it comes in. Got a 6inch a-arm lift, 14” rimes 23” tires and vc conversion kit.

Any tips will help!

Not cheap BUT silent rider makes silencers for both atvs and home generators. I think if my hush power went that is the one I would try. On a cheaper note I see Red Beards Garage likes the $40 38-51 mm atv/motorcyle universal muffler /silencer .

Awesome thanks! Are you pips from motor to a muffler then hushpower? Or just through the hushpower?

I have a short 15" or so header right into the Hushpower. It is tight in there. One of the reasons for the Hushpower was the side inlet. BUT it was absolutely essential that my cart be quiet. The island is a resort residential area so I needed an exhaust system that fit that profile. Everything else I tried was WAY loud with the throttle down. I had to use my 460 powered generator on christmas day and wow, that is a real definition of what loud is. It is amazing with the carts engine pumped up pretty far how quiet it is.

Alright awesome! I can’t find anymore hushpower 7501. Only the 2 and pro series. Might have to go with the other suggestion. Thanks again, Everything should be in about a week so I should have it ready in 2-3 weeks. I’ll keep y’all updated

I used a quietflow walker muffler for an acura. With no tailpipe its quieter than an atv but louder than a stock cart, something like a riding mower sound level. Car mufflers are always quieter with a tailpipe. There are a lot of mufflers listed in this thread.

Somewhere on here somebody added a Supertrapp onto another muffler on a 670 and it really tamed the sound down. I think he got the unit from Jack's small engines due to the inlet diameter needed.
