no power on inclines
have a 91 gas cart rons fine on a flat but looses power on inclines any clues thanks R.L.

Shorter Belt , Heavy springs for One or both Clutches ,and even a 28% Driven clutch instead of the factory one. Any or All will Help.

Just went though this issue. My driven clutch was so dirty that it was sticking and not allowing fluid motion to ramp up and down the drive belt. I installed a new high torque spring and new ramp buttons. Works much better now. I do have one issue that I see in the manuals of a dust seal on the ramp unit. This seems to be a no where to find part and it would be a great help as dirt can get into this driven clutch easy when running trails. I will probably have to remove it a few times a yr to clean it out again.
