Exclamation Electric 2011 G29 Yamaha Rear grinding noise with Navitas

Hi, I have a 2011 G29 that all of a sudden started stuttering when the pedal is pressed at least 75%. But sometimes it will go and sometimes it will not. But when it does move it is making a louder than usual electric noise and when you let off the gas it has grinding noise. I also have the Navitas controller with the stock motor. I took the motor out today and there is a-ton of carbon... any thoughts ?

I'm not 100% saying that, just 75% saying that. That motor isnt known to be a great one.

10-4 Thanks for your input. Florida Man is going to order a Plumquick and rewire with 2 ga wire. Hopefully this will fix it...
