He has a 1313-4331 which is an OEM level programmer...Sounds like bad codes as you stated..

Also make sure the Controller S/N matches the S/N documented in the A,B,C codes you received in case someone transposed a digit when placing the request.

Also, if the controller has ever been rebuilt they may have switched the cover so that the actual S/N is different than it appears on the label. Check the S/N stored internally by using the programmer to read it.

Figured out it was the serial # on the controller was different than what was on the sheet I was given from dealer. I was able to get it corrected and now speed code 4 shows on the Curtis. My issue now is usually get about 23mph on lifted cart and 23” tires. This one only doing about 20.
