Aside from the motor issue I got my limit switch installed [emoji1787]. If the tires hit anything the actuator will start to draw more and more amperage. This resetable fuse will trip at 7 amps. If my calculations are correct the fuse will trip before the actuator bends anything. I found this out by accidentally over traveling the actuator and burning out a 7.5amp fuse with out bending anything. The only issue might be a situation where alot of weight on the rear cart causes the actuator to draw more than 7amps. I dont think itll be an issue tho. The arms on the steering knuckles provide a good bit of leverage.

This what 60lbs of motor looks like in a 40lbs hole. [emoji29] I think I figured out a long term solution but for now this will have to do.

Tomorrow I'm going to program the navitas controller for the mot-b4 and then hopefully do some test drives.

If the weather doesn't cooperate I'll be working on the steering knuckle/king pin fix.

First drive complete! It works pretty well and feels really solid! It will only get better with the king pin fixes and some more shock adjustment.

I am having issues with the potentiometer picking up noise from the motor when driving. I'll have to do some digging into this. Cleaning up the actuator power supply might do the trick.

Working on "fixing" the king pins to tighten up the steering knuckles.

I need to get some supplies tomorrow. I'm guessing when I pressed the bushing into the knuckle the ID shrank a little bit. I'll have to lap the bushing and possibly turn the shoulder bolts a .0001 or so. Right now it will go but it's to tight to turn it by hand.
