I know of someone that works at a shop in Ohio that may be able to take care of that for you, but I have to ask him first!

I'll send him a note, no guarantees that he can, or will...

Thanks!

I got a note back...
Sorry to say that the machine shop he works at doesn't take on outside welding projects, they only do minimal in-house work.
He suggested to check with local welding houses/shops in your area to see if they can take care of it.
so, get out the Yellow Pages!

As for "which" replacement spindle you need, you have 2 choices,
and the bearings in the wheel hub will tell you which one to get,

If you have...
1) Greased roller bearings, (most likely the case) you'll need a 2003 and earlier spindle
2) Dry, sealed bearings, you'll need a 2004 and later spindle

Best of luck!

Appreciate it!
You've gone above the call of duty!

I have a pre 2003 hub which had greased bearings (and a metal cover).
Is it safe to assume that the pre 2003 spindle is indeed the correct diameter for my hub?
(My hub is 0.75" diameter)

Ie
1) take my broken assembly off of my cart.
2) Have a shop make a jig / document the angle.
3) Cut off the broken spindle.
4) Remove the full spindle from this part:
3G Spindle- Driver Side for Club Car DS Golf Carts 1981-2003 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073PBM193..._fJmUDbWMDDXQP
5) Weld the removed spindle into the part I brought in from my cart.

All lift kits come with their own manufactured spindles. (only the stock wheel hubs are reused.)
So, a stock Club Car spindle won't work with what you have.

And... what I think you have is a Terra Toys lift kit, and Terra Toys is out of business!
(it's really too bad, TT lifts were the top of the line some 15 years ago!)

You could try to find a REALLY GOOD welder and try to reweld the spindle back on? Or... get a new lift kit!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news.

I was able to contact terra toys.
They don't make lifts anymore, although said they do have some parts they ship out... Although not the club car spindles.

I sent them the photo but they said it isn't their lift but thought it was a Chinese knockoff :(
